What are the terms your company offers?
We offer Net-30 upon receipt for all our customers. We request that first time customers fill out the traditional applications and pay the first order on net invoice to establish terms.

What is a value added reseller?
A value added reseller is company that brings perceived value for the dollars paid on a project to be completed.

What is PACS?
It stands for Picture Archival Communication and has four parts- Software, Diagnostic Flat Panel Monitors, Ergonomic Workstations, and a Computer.

What is "COW" or "WOW"?
"COW" is an acronym for Computer On Wheels or a mobile workstation.
“WOW” is an acronym for Workstation on Wheels

How quickly can we get a quotation?
Normally within 24 hours.

Do you offer in house installations?
Yes. Indicate so on the request for quotation and it will be made accordingly.

Do you travel outside of California for installations?
Yes.

Do you work with government agencies?
Yes.
